You do not need another technique. You need to see what the technique is currently serving.

 I did one coaching session with Athena and it was marvelous and transformative. I’ve been on my SP manifesting journey for 4 years and I know that each year was necessary for me to move into my next faze of self so that I can better receive lessons of growth. But I’ve felt really stalled in this last year and couldn’t understand what it was that was holding me back. I KNOW all the things. I’ve LEARNED all the lessons. But why am I STILL here? I’ve had other marvellous coaches but I watched Athena for over 2 years and finally decided to reach out to her because of her particular emphasis on mental health. I had an instantaneous shift. She helped me understand that through every part of this journey I kept on some how abdicating my focus to all the ways that the circumstances were affecting me. Instead, she asked me questions that helped me see how I would take circumstances and flip them into storyline that made me feel comfortable and familiar instead of what I actually honestly wanted because I was scared to admit that to myself. We explored how I had low self esteem in relationships and how she challenged me to start providing myself with tiny bits of evidence that give my brain something tangible to see that maybe the story I’ve been telling doesn’t actually hold that much water. I’ve seen so so many shifts in myself already. I’m still building the muscle and it’s a habit I’m learning to develop, but it’s really unbelievable how different things are beginning to make themselves apparent to me. Shes also been so responsive post meeting and it genuinely makes me feel like I have a companion in this journey. Grateful to Athena and I hope to get in another session with her!
